Delivery

All artworks are made to order and carefully prepared before dispatch.

  • Free UK mainland delivery on all orders.

  • Unframed prints are typically dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

  • Framed artworks are typically dispatched within 3–4 weeks.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at paul@brooko.studio, including photographs of the damage and packaging.

A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Returns

As artworks are produced to order, returns are only accepted if an item is damaged, faulty, or supplied incorrectly.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
